| In
1978, producing a video clip to accompany a
track wasn't something that everyone did.
Not only was it kind of expensive, at least
for most, the problem was also: where to
broadcast it? There were no musical
television channels...
All of this didn't stop Steel Pulse from
shooting a video for their track Ku Klux
Klan (KKK). Quite a heavy topic, but that
was -and is until this day in 2007- the specialty
of Steel Pulse.
When they started performing this track
on their many live concerts, Steel Pulse
applied a shock effect. Some members were
wearing certain KKK style clothing: Masks,
sometimes even complete robes.
You'll see it in this video, too.
A video that, 30 years after it's
original release, has not lost a single
millimeter of it's relevance.
