CHARLIE CHAPLIN, BRIGADIER JERRY
AND JOSEY WALES - LIVE, 1980'S |
| A
triple treat of historical niceness, you
could say. Three DJ's, or MC's, chanting it
up in a Rub a Dub style. Backed by a live
band, that is! And we're not talking about
just a few vocalists here, either.

JAH MASON - FORGIVENESS |
| In
this very special tune, Jah Mason deals
directly with the fact that slavery caused
the slave masters to have massive piles of
guilt on their head.
He shows an enormous sense of
spirituality, as he claims that forgiveness
is what must be done. A forgiveness without
forgetting, that is. A forgiveness that will
not deny the truth.

DON CARLOS - LIVE @ REGGAE
SUNDANCE, 2005 |
| Drums.
Bass. Guitar. Keyboards, and two horn
blowers. Look, there is the complete band to
back up Don Carlos. And they do a wonderful
job, as they play everything in a kind of
Dubby style.
Don Carlos, himself one of the original
members of Black Uhuru, has a very sweet
voice. He makes impressive melodies, as he
has attention for every detail that comes
out of his mouth.

LUCIANO - BETTER TO BE POOR AND
SIMPLE |
| With
an all-star band led by Sly and Robbie to
back him up, here is a young Luciano
performing live for UK TV's "The White
Room". A young, conscious Luciano who
is delivering a powerful message in a
powerful way.
